We are known for our premium services that will make you feel at ease. Our staff are both friendly and professional, no concern or worry is too small. We are continuously undertaking courses and masterclasses to ensure your confidence in us.

We specialise and are known for our Ombre Brows treatment, but have a wide range of services including fillers, microblading and most recently our Training Academy.

We are devoted to sharing our knowledge with others with beginner friendly courses. We teach and share all the tricks we wish someone had told us when we started!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • IS THERE PARKING AT CITY SPA?
    There is Ringo street parking available outside the clinic.
  • HOW DO I GET TO CITY SPA?
    City Spa is easily accessible from East Croydon Station, from here it is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride on the 410/367 from Dingwall Road to Leslie Grove. East Croydon is 13 minute train from both London Bridge and London Victoria.
  • HOW CAN I PAY?
    We accept both cash and card payments on the day of your appointment following your treatment. Prior to your appointment we require a booking fee, which is carried out over the phone or via bank transfer.
  • CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?
    Unless booking a ‘Bring Your Bestie’ dual appointment, we strictly request you attend your appointment alone.
  • DO I HAVE TO BE 18?
    Yes. You may also be asked for ID if we believe you look under 25. If we find you with false ID or you are under 18, we will not refund your booking fee.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
    All treatments take different times, please see the descriptions of each to verify.
  • WILL IT HURT?
    Dermal fillers and PMU come with some manageable discomfort, we use a numbing cream which works well for most customers.
  • HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY TREATMENT?
    We ask that you avoid alcohol for 24 hours before all treatments and minimise alcohol and caffeine intake. Please avoid chemical peels, laser, sunbeds and strong retinol prior to all face treatments. Please arrive on time for your appointment and ensure you have eaten beforehand. Please come alone for your appointment, we do not have a waiting room for guests.
  • DO I NEED A CONSULTATION?
    We will carry out your consultation on the day of your scheduled procedure with no obligation to go ahead.
  • DO I NEED TO HAVE A PATCH TEST?
    All new clients will need to perform a patch test AT LEAST 24HRS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. This will be posted to you for pigmentation testing and for laser it will performed in the clinic.
  • CAN I HAVE MY FILLER/BROWS DONE FOR MY HOLIDAY?
    Firstly we strongly recommend no flying/ alcohol or direct sunlight for 48hrs following the appointment.
  • IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME?
    There is a healing process for most aesthetic treatments, please see specific treatment descriptions to verify.
  • I NEED TO CANCEL CAN I GET A REFUND?
    As per our booking terms, you will not be refunded for your booking fee. We will, however, be more than happy to reschedule you if you let us know 72 hour prior.
